How to File Complaint Against Bank Online

If you are not satisfied with the any Indian bank and your issue is not resolved till now then you may lodge the complaint against the any financial services or any bank. Government taken this initiative and opened a public grievance website to file complaint against bank if any issue of customer is not resolved. Once you file online your compliant, bank officials will call you to know exact the issue and will resolve as soon as possible. You will also get SMS and email of a complaint number, while you file a complaint then if you have any reference number or document then upload it for better understanding of the issue. Just scan your document and upload them for the reference.

After adding a grievance, you may check also status of your grievance. You may write a complain against any nationalized bank, centralized bank or against any private bank, provide the bank name, branch code and your bank account for which you want to write the complain.

Steps to File –

1. Open Public Grievances Website – Click Here to Open and select Lodge your grievance

2. Select Public Grievances  and Financial services (any bank) and Pertains to as displayed in the list. You may choose bank from list, if bank is not listed over there and select department financial services  (Banking Division ) option as displayed in below screenshot.

3. Fill Your form with details description, if document for the reference then scan and upload the document there, you also mention bank name, bank account number and branch code of the same bank account.

4. Click Submit to submit the form, once form will be submitted the bank officials will make you call to understand the issue and resolve it at earliest. You provide your mobile number and email id so that complain number will be sent on your mobile to track  the status of your complaint.
